All of our initial consultations, document reviews, quotes and product finding are totally free. We want to ensure you are fully informed about your options at all times, and will never tie you in to dealing with us if you prefer to look elsewhere.

In relation to mortgage fees, there may be arrangement, product, valuation or application fees tied to your new product. We will lay these out in full for you before any application and there is no obligation to proceed beyond our initial conversations if you don't want to!

There may also be legal fees due to the conveyancer/solicitors, but sometimes lenders offer free legal services. You can often choose whether you would prefer a paid legal service (often quicker with better service) or a free one (which may add a week or two to the process).
